Bid Presentation Training

Drawing upon decades of successful experience in presenting to audiences of all sizes, Writing Bids will ensure the essence of your bid is truly valued at Evaluation Panel stage. We appreciate that successful Bid Presentation is much more than a mechanical ‘tick box’ exercise. It is vital to understand the thinking and motivations of the client, and to clearly demonstrate a willingness to cooperate and collaborate in furthering their aims.

Presentation Preparation

Bid review is the starting point in developing any Evaluation Panel presentation. We will also analyse the ITT and client mission statement to identify key messages. Recognisable references will be woven throughout the presentation to demonstrate understanding and alignment. Next we gather presentation content and arrange the structure (ideally using storyboarding). Visual aids are checked for relevance and impact before inclusion. Then individual sections are prepared and polished, ensuring seamless transitions throughout. Finally, repeated rehearsal ensures familiarity and confidence.
